Job Summary
Sales Consultant at TopBuild's TruTeam division selling insulation and building-material solutions to residential and light commercial accounts. Responsibilities include identifying prospective customers, generating and following up on leads, conducting daily sales calls, providing proposals, managing accounts, offering product knowledge and recommendations, monitoring market conditions and competitors, meeting monthly sales targets, communicating safety programs to customers, inspecting job sites for safety concerns, and managing the customer experience from initial sale to project completion. Requires 3+ years in building-products/construction sales, legal driving age, and a valid driver's license; role is local with >50% travel, flexible schedule including evenings/weekends; compensation includes base salary plus commissions and a comprehensive benefits package.
