Job Summary
Assist customers with purchases through relationship selling while maintaining comprehensive knowledge of Brick products and services. Establish rapport with clients in a fast-paced environment to support common and personal team goals. Demonstrate strong communication skills and the ability to multitask within a commission-based sales structure. Work all shifts as required, including evenings and weekends, to meet customer demand.
