Job Summary
Assist customers with purchases through relationship selling while maintaining deep knowledge of Brick products and services. Establish strong rapport to thrive in a commission-driven environment, working collaboratively to meet both team and personal goals. This role requires a passion for customer service and the ability to quickly adapt to a fast-paced retail setting. You will work all shifts as required, including evenings and weekends, to support our expanding sales force at one of Canada's largest home furnishings retailers.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Must be 18 years of age or older
- Excellent communication skills
- Proven ability to multitask and stay organized
- Ability to learn new computer applications
- Flexibility to work all shifts as required, including evenings and weekends
