Job Summary

Sales Consultant responsible for achieving sales goals by acquiring new group submissions, developing broker growth plans, and training brokers to increase sales of product lines. Duties include maintaining broker relationships, prospecting inactive brokers, making outbound and inbound sales calls, conducting training seminars/webinars, developing marketing and lead-generation plans, participating in industry events, documenting leads in Sales Force, and collaborating with marketing to develop materials. Requires strong sales acumen, excellent communication and presentation skills, ability to train and motivate brokers, and a willingness to travel as needed within the Texas territory. Must have at least a high school diploma and reside within 30 miles of the territory; insurance licensing is preferred and may require passing a Texas state exam if not already held.
