Job Summary
Sales Consultant at Stanton Optical is responsible for greeting patients and customers, identifying needs, performing pre-testing, assisting in selecting eyewear that fits budget and eye care needs, achieving sales goals, ensuring customer satisfaction, and adhering to quality and safety standards. The role involves basic in-store duties such as repairs, assembling lenses into frames, edging stock lenses, and ensuring timely delivery of orders, while upholding brand standards. Requires strong customer service, multitasking in a fast-paced retail environment, effective communication, and a flexible schedule. Compensation includes an hourly wage range of $35,000-$45,000 annually plus 2% commission on personal sales, with benefits and opportunities for professional development.
Required Qualifications
- You have 1+ year of proven track record of delivering outstanding customer service while exceeding sales goals in a fast paced retail environment
- You have the ability to multitask, prioritize and be flexible with changing business needs in a team environment
