Job Summary
Sales Consultant at Stanton Optical in Miami, FL. Greet customers as they enter the store, identify eyewear needs, and help customers select eyewear that fits budget and eye care requirements. Promote available eyewear products and services, troubleshoot prescription-related problems, resolve complaints, and work toward sales goals while adhering to quality standards and safety requirements. Perform basic in-store duties including basic housekeeping, lab-related tasks (assembling lenses, edge stock), and ensuring orders are delivered accurately and on time. Maintain brand standards and assist management with equipment or order issues; contribute to a positive, customer-focused shopping experience and ongoing promotion of Stanton Optical’s offerings.
Required Qualifications
- You have 1+ year of proven track record of delivering outstanding customer service while exceeding sales goals in a fast paced retail environment
- You have the ability to multitask, prioritize and be flexible with changing business needs in a team environment
- You have the skills necessary to communicate effectively with a diverse group of people
