Job Summary
Greet patients and customers upon entry, identify their eyewear needs, and assist in selecting frames that fit budget and eye care requirements. Troubleshoot prescription issues, resolve customer complaints, and diffuse unsatisfied situations while adhering to company policies. Attain established sales goals and execute simple repairs, including assembling lenses into frames and expediting delivery. Ensure brand standards by performing housekeeping duties in the lab area, notifying management of equipment malfunctions or incorrect orders, and maintaining 100% compliance with delivery time commitments. Work in a fast-paced, results-driven environment with flexible hours determined by business needs.
Required Qualifications
- 1+ year of proven track record of delivering outstanding customer service while exceeding sales goals in a fast paced retail environment
- the ability to multitask, prioritize and be flexible with changing business needs in a team environment
- the skills necessary to communicate effectively with a diverse group of people
- a high school diploma or equivalent
