Job Summary
Conduct consultative sales conversations with inbound and outbound leads to guide patients through high-ticket dental implant decisions. Present treatment plans, overcome objections with empathy, and confidently close sales while walking clients through financing options and approvals. Maintain and manage the sales pipeline in CRM, execute consistent follow-up to convert leads into closed deals, and collaborate with doctors and operations teams to drive revenue. Present treatment plans and confidently close sales, Monday - Friday 8am - 5pm.
Required Qualifications
- 2+ years of sales experience
- Proven ability in closing
- Proven ability in objection handling
- Proven ability in pipeline management
- Comfortable discussing financing, pricing, and payment options
- Strong communication skills
