Job Summary

Sales Consultant role focusing on guiding patients through high-ticket dental implant decisions (typically $30K–$50K cases) with a consultative sales approach. Responsibilities include inbound/outbound lead conversations, presenting treatment plans, closing sales, guiding financing options, maintaining a Salesforce-style CRM pipeline, consistent follow-up, and collaborating with doctors and operations to drive revenue. Requires 2+ years in sales, closing and objection-handling capabilities, comfort with financing discussions, strong communication and emotional intelligence, self-motivation, and CRM experience (Salesforce preferred). Compensation includes base $55k–$65k with uncapped bonus/commission and total compensation often $90k–$150k+, plus benefits including health insurance, 401(k), and PTO. Schedule typically Monday–Friday, 8am–5pm. Location: Indianapolis, IN, US.

Required Qualifications

  • 2+ years of sales experience (inside sales, B2C, or high-ticket preferred)
  • Proven ability in closing, objection handling, and pipeline management
  • Comfortable discussing financing, pricing, and payment options
  • Strong communication skills and emotional intelligence
  • Self-motivated with a results-driven mindset
  • Experience with CRM systems (Salesforce preferred)
