Job Summary
Develop and cultivate new business opportunities through strategic networking, cold calling, direct outreach, and engagement with community organizations. Utilize a consultative sales approach to uncover client needs, create alignment around business challenges, and sell PEO solutions to small business owners and C-level executives. Manage the full sales cycle, including prospecting, discovery, proposal presentations, negotiations, and closing new business while consistently exceeding assigned quotas. Partner with leadership teams to reduce costs, streamline administration, and mitigate employer-related risk through comprehensive HR solutions.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum one year of consultative sales experience with a focus on relationship building and solution-based selling
- At least three years of successful business-to-business (B2B) sales experience
- Successful track record of lead generation, prospecting, and pipeline development
- Ability to use technology and common software and web applications, including MS Office Suites
Desired Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience preferred
- Group 1 License is a plus!
- Professional Employer Organization, Benefits or Healthcare Benefits industries experience preferred
