Job Summary
Automotive Sales Experience Specialist responsible for helping customers select vehicles and guiding them through the ownership journey, delivering exceptional customer service, and leveraging technology. Paid training is provided; no prior auto sales experience required. Located in Sweetwater, TX or Lubbock, TX. Salary includes guaranteed monthly pay with potential monthly commissions; annual incentives offered. Benefits include medical/dental/vision, 401k, life and disability insurance, PTO, vehicle-purchasing discounts, and referral program. Strong emphasis on customer service, comfort with computers/iPad, and bilingual ability in English and Spanish is a plus.
