Job Summary
Sales Consultant in Lakeland, FL responsible for achieving sales objectives, territory management, selling current and new products, promotions, in-store tastings, and servicing accounts. Performs merchandising duties including shelf placement, maintaining cold boxes, building displays, and stocking inventories. Develops routing patterns, analyzes accounts, delivers professional sales presentations, manages inventory and out-of-stock situations, and supports opening accounts with district management. Requires strong communication, customer service, and computer skills (MS Office), and a valid driver’s license with access to a personal vehicle. Maintains supplier relationships, participates in sales meetings, and adheres to company policies and confidential information.
Required Qualifications
- High School diploma or equivalent required
- Bachelor’s degree in related field preferred
- Valid driver’s license
- Must be able to operate a personal vehicle
- Criminal background and MVR check required

- Bachelor’s degree in related field preferred
- Strong accounting, computer, customer service and interpersonal expertise preferred
