Job Summary
Sales Consultant responsible for managing an established sales territory servicing retail stores in Pierre, SD and surrounding areas. Duties include territory management, selling and servicing products, merchandising using POS systems, handling administration and ensuring accurate accounts receivable. Must deliver effective sales presentations, identify and nurture new accounts, manage inventory, rotate and display products, follow company policies, and complete paperwork promptly. Requires BA/BS degree or related industry experience, route sales experience preferred, strong verbal/written communication, valid driver’s license, reliable transportation, and local candidacy. Required Qualifications
- BA/BS college degree or related industry experience
- Prior route sales experience (highly preferred)
- Valid driver’s license with an acceptable driving record
- Reliable transportation and proof of insurance
- Local candidates preferred (no relocation package)
