Job Summary
Deliver exceptional customer service on all interactions, answer phone calls regarding car sale inquiries, and ensure customer car quotes are competitive and reasonable. Project a positive attitude while adhering to all rules, regulations, and procedures required by the employer and the Ontario Motor Vehicle Industry Council. Maintain strong customer relations and problem-solving skills using sound computer and digital media expertise. This role supports Precision Honda, a Performance Auto Group dealership serving the Downtown Mississauga area since 1987.
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED
- OMVIC certification
- Valid Ontario Driver's License
- Good driving record
- Must be able to work on Saturday
