Job Summary
Conduct sales consultations and qualification sessions for EQUUSIR's premium equine health products, guiding prospects from initial contact through demo appointments to successful closures. Manage the full sales process including cold outreach, video presentations, and in-person meetings at trade shows while maintaining active relationships with existing clients. Collaborate closely with the marketing team and document all interactions within the CRM system. This role requires a strong self-starter mentality with experience in sales, regular travel within Germany, and the ability to travel to Austria or the Netherlands depending on location.
Required Qualifications
- Du kennst die Pferdebranche und fühlst Dich dort zuhause.
- Du gehst offen auf Menschen zu und kannst gut zuhören.
- Du arbeitest selbstständig und organisiert.
- Du hast Freude daran, Kunden langfristig zu begleiten – nicht nur bis zum Vertragsabschluss.
- Du bist gerne unterwegs und reist regelmäßig innerhalb Deutschlands.
- Je nach Wohnort betreust Du zusätzlich Kunden in Österreich oder den Niederlanden.
- Gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse.
- Du hast Erfahrung im Vertrieb und kannst Ergebnisse vorweisen.
- Was Du mitbringen solltest, ist Begeisterung für die Pferdebranche, Freude am Umgang mit Menschen und vor allem echte Vertriebsmentalität.
