Job Summary
Sales Consultant at RHB in Selangor, Malaysia responsible for soliciting and promoting PF-i products, achieving individual and group sales targets, planning and executing sales strategies, prospecting new-to-bank customers, setting appointments and conducting sales visits, cross-selling banking products (ASB, Credit Cards, Deposits), ensuring high-quality customer service, and adhering to bank policies and brand standards; requires a Bachelor's degree, at least 1 year in sales/customer service, relevant licenses, strong selling/negotiation and interpersonal skills, and ability to engage with the local community.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree in any related field
- Minimum 1 year of experience in sales and customer service
- Relevant licenses for the portfolio
- Highly motivated, success-driven, self-initiated, and able to work with minimal supervision
- Comfortable engaging with people and taking personal responsibility for delivering results
- Strong selling and negotiation skills
- Excellent interpersonal skills with a service-oriented mindset
- Demonstrates initiative, perseverance, and passion in a fast-paced, demanding environment
- Ability to relate and connect with the local community
- Good communication skills
- Basic understanding of finance and banking products
- Basic computer skills
