Job Summary
Guide high-end clients through premium sales experiences by curating luxury looks and creating inspired spaces with world-class furniture and décor. Execute the La-Z-Boy selling process, including needs discovery, customized portfolio presentations, objection handling, and closing, while consistently executing the Design program to achieve established sales goals. Schedule professional home consultations to present customized room designs, manage customer deliveries, and maintain store visual appearance through display upkeep and cleanliness. Provide exceptional customer service by handling inquiries, resolving complaints, and ensuring positive experiences for all current and future customers. Support the team by training new peers on product knowledge and championing a culture of sales and service.
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- Ability to lift and/or carry up to 50 pounds
- Ability to stand for long periods of time
- Ability to pass background and drug screen
- Ability to work evenings, weekends and holidays as required
- Ability to work the schedule and hours dictated by business needs
- Proficient in the use of Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel, Outlook and PowerPoint
Desired Qualifications
- Previous selling experience and ability to close a sale
- Bachelor's degree in Business or a related field
