Job Summary
Sales Consultant at Greystar focused on driving occupancy, lease renewals, and resident satisfaction for a property. Responsibilities include leading leasing activities (tours, applications, credit/background checks), managing prospect data via CRM, developing marketing plans and events to drive traffic, coordinating with the Lifestyle Coordinator on resident engagement, ensuring show units meet company standards, following up with prospects and renewals within 24 hours, and supporting the lease renewal process with timely documents and playbooks. Requires high school diploma or equivalent with 1-3 years of sales/marketing/customer service experience; strong communication, customer focus, and ability to work a flexible schedule. On-site role with travel and physical requirements as described.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- 1-3 years minimum experience in sales/marketing/customer service
- ability to read, write, and communicate effectively; ability to sell and explain apartment features; ability to close
- mathematical skills for sales conversions
- valid driver’s license to drive a golf cart on property (preferred)
