Job Summary
Sales Consultant at OneWater Marine: greet walk-in customers, respond to phone and online inquiries, present products, manage the sales process from presentations to quotes and trade evaluations, coordinate financing with the business manager, close sales to meet or exceed goals, stay updated on marine products and trends, provide post-sale support, and participate in boat shows and events. Requires high school diploma or equivalent and proficiency in MS Office and CRM software; prior marine sales experience is a plus. Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills, plus the ability to work independently and as part of a team, are essential.
