Sales Consultant - On/Off Combo

Job Summary
Visit customer accounts regularly to build lasting relationships and drive incremental sales above base business. Conduct face-to-face consultative selling sessions that analyze data insights to identify growth needs and develop tailored business growth plans. Propose selling solutions using deep product knowledge while managing issue resolution and adapting approaches to individual buying styles. Document all activities, visit notes, and account-specific information in CRM before and after each engagement. Prioritize sales activities based on customer plans to achieve internal objectives and participate in required training and supplier events. Maintain current awareness of competitor offerings to position SGWS products effectively.
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED
- Must possess a reliable vehicle
- Valid driver's license
- Ability to obtain and maintain auto liability insurance on their vehicle in compliance with SGWS company requirements
- Must be at least 21 years of age
- Able to travel as needed
- Able to analyze and understand data and information
- Able to leverage SGWS technology to perform duties and responsibilities
- Able to build and structure customer presentations and product proposals
- Proficient in using mobile devices (e.g., iPad®, smartphone) and online communication techniques (email, posting, texting, etc.) in a professional manner
- Able to consistently achieve results, even under tough circumstances
- Able to take responsibility for own actions and results
- Able to commit to providing a consistently high level of service to customers, suppliers, colleagues, and management
- Able to communicate effectively through various methods and express self clearly and concisely while appropriately tailoring the message to the audience
