Job Summary
Sales Consultant at Stanton Optical responsible for greeting customers, identifying eyewear needs, guiding selections within budget, troubleshooting prescription issues, resolving complaints, meeting sales goals, adhering to safety and quality standards (OSHA), performing basic lab duties (edge stock lenses, assemble eyewear), ensuring timely delivery of customer orders, and maintaining brand standards while delivering a friendly, problem-solving customer experience. Requires strong customer service, clear communication, multitasking in a fast-paced retail setting, and a high school diploma or equivalent. Optical experience is a plus. Required Qualifications
