Job Summary
Greet patients and customers upon entry, identify their needs, and assist in selecting eyewear that fits budget and eye care requirements. Troubleshoot prescription issues, resolve customer complaints, and diffuse unsatisfied situations while attaining established sales goals. Execute simple repairs, assemble lenses, and ensure accurate, on-time delivery of orders by tracking delivery commitments. Adhere to quality control standards, perform basic housekeeping, and notify management of lab equipment malfunctions or incomplete orders. Maintain compliance with company and local policies, OSHA requirements, and brand standards. Work in a fast-paced retail environment with flexible hours determined by business needs.
Required Qualifications
- 1+ year of proven track record of delivering outstanding customer service while exceeding sales goals in a fast paced retail environment
- the ability to multitask, prioritize and be flexible with changing business needs in a team environment
- the skills necessary to communicate effectively with a diverse group of people
- a high school diploma or equivalent
