Job Summary
Greet patients and customers upon entry, identify their needs, and assist in selecting eyewear that fits their budget and eye care requirements. Troubleshoot prescription issues, resolve customer complaints, and diffuse unsatisfied situations to ensure a memorable experience. Attain sales goals while complying with company policies and adhere to quality control standards including OSHA requirements. Perform basic housekeeping duties, execute simple repairs, assemble lenses, and ensure orders are delivered accurately and on time. Keep track of delivery time commitments to maintain 100% compliance with service promises.
Required Qualifications
- 1+ year of proven track record of delivering outstanding customer service while exceeding sales goals in a fast paced retail environment
- the ability to multitask, prioritize and be flexible with changing business needs in a team environment
- the skills necessary to communicate effectively with a diverse group of people
- a high school diploma or equivalent
