Job Summary
Sales Consultant at Stanton Optical (Now Optics) in Roseville, CA, responsible for greeting patients and customers, identifying needs, assisting with eyewear selection, performing pre-testing as needed, achieving sales goals, ensuring customer satisfaction, and adhering to quality control and OSHA standards. Responsibilities include assisting with lab duties (assembling lenses, edging stock), ensuring orders are delivered on time, maintaining brand standards, and participating in promotional activities. Eligible employees receive benefits (medical, dental, prescription drug coverage, life and disability coverage), paid time off, employee discounts, and potential commission on sales. Minimum requirements include 1+ year of customer service in a retail setting, strong communication and multitasking abilities, and a high school diploma or equivalent; optical experience is a plus.
