Job Summary
Greet patients and customers upon entry, identify their needs, and assist in selecting eyewear that fits their budget and eye care requirements. Troubleshoot prescription issues, resolve customer complaints, and execute simple repairs, lens assembly, and order expediting to ensure accurate, on-time delivery. Attain established sales goals while adhering to quality control standards, brand guidelines, and safety protocols. Maintain delivery time commitments and notify management of lab issues or equipment malfunctions. Work in a fast-paced retail environment with flexible hours determined by business needs.
Required Qualifications
- 1+ year of proven track record of delivering outstanding customer service while exceeding sales goals in a fast paced retail environment
- the ability to multitask, prioritize and be flexible with changing business needs in a team environment
- the skills necessary to communicate effectively with a diverse group of people
- a high school diploma or equivalent
