Job Summary
Greet patients and customers upon entry, identify their eyewear needs, and assist in selecting frames that fit budget and eye care requirements. Troubleshoot prescription issues, resolve complaints, and diffuse unsatisfied situations while adhering to company policies. Execute simple repairs, assemble lenses, and ensure accurate, on-time delivery of eyeglasses by tracking delivery commitments. Attain established sales goals while maintaining brand standards in both sales and lab areas. This role requires a high school diploma, 1+ year of retail sales experience, and schedule flexibility. Work hours are determined by business needs.
Required Qualifications
- 1+ year of proven track record of delivering outstanding customer service while exceeding sales goals in a fast paced retail environment
- the ability to multitask, prioritize and be flexible with changing business needs in a team environment
- the skills necessary to communicate effectively with a diverse group of people
- a high school diploma or equivalent
