Job Summary
Develop an annual sales plan to hit targets across multiple states and regions, then prospect new business through cold calling, email, and LinkedIn while leveraging ecosystem partners. Qualify opportunities by understanding target market personas and establish trusted advisor relationships with C-level executives and business owners to sell TriNet's comprehensive HR solutions, including payroll and benefits, to midsize companies. Manage a balanced pipeline using Salesforce.com and LinkedIn Sales Navigator, execute a multi-step selling process over 3-6 months, and write proposals for approval before presenting to decision-makers. Achieve quota by meeting activity metrics, complete administrative duties, and travel to client sites within your assigned territory.
Required Qualifications
- Typically 3+ years B2B complex sales cycle
- Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience
- Ability to build your own book of business from prospecting, sourcing, establishing and maximizing partner and referral networks
- Ability to build strong ecosystem partnerships and business referral relationships to share the value and mission of TriNet
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and sales opportunities at different stages
- Experience with technology and common software and web applications, including MS Office and Salesforce.com
- Detail oriented
- Ability and willingness to travel to prospective clients' sites within your assigned territory
