Job Summary
Coordinate all aspects of the home buying process, greet prospective customers, and demonstrate model homes while providing information on features, community, and surrounding areas. Assist clients with site selection, house plans, structural options, loan applications, and contract preparation to ensure timely settlements and meet monthly sales quotas. Direct activities of Sales Associates and Assistants, recruit and retain team members, and participate in weekly sales meetings. Liaise with the production team to assure planning and execution of the building process.
Required Qualifications
- Associate's degree in Business, Marketing, or Sales Marketing
- five years of experience in home sales
- Prior experience in new home sales
- Must be a licensed realtor in states where required
- Must have valid driver's license for business travel
