Job Summary
Sales Consultant specializing in Governance, Risk, and Compliance (GRC) to partner with Account Executives, tailor software demonstrations, and advise clients on compliant, strategic solutions. Responsibilities include serving as the primary solution consultant for prospective and existing clients, conducting industry research, customizing demonstrations, supporting RFIs/RFPs and proposals, coordinating with Product Marketing and Customer Success, analyzing market trends, gathering client feedback for product improvements, and tracking sales consulting performance. Required: GRC expertise, bilingual Spanish/English, 3+ years in sales consulting or risk advisory, AI tool experience, strong project management and analytical skills, MS Office proficiency, and a Bachelor's degree (or equivalent work experience). Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Computer Science, Engineering, or equivalent work experience
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in sales consulting, risk advisory, or equivalent skills development
- Fluent Spanish (native or near-native) and business-level English proficiency
- Experience with RFIs, RFPs, and proposals
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
- Experience with multiple AI tools to rapidly skill up in knowledge and execution
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
- Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and in a team
- Bachelor's degree requirement specified by Educational Background
