Job Summary
Part-time Sales Consultant at the Mayfair Experience Centre in London. You’ll guide customers through detailed consultations, recommend tailored appliance solutions, and deliver home economist-style cooking demonstrations to showcase practical benefits. You’ll create memorable in-store experiences using hands-on demonstrations and storytelling to engage high-end clientele, contribute to events to drive engagement and sales, and maintain showroom standards with fully operational, accurately described appliances. The role requires proven retail sales experience with a consultative approach, strong communication and relationship-building skills, and a collaborative, proactive team mindset across evenings and weekends.
Required Qualifications
- Proven experience in a retail sales role with a strong track record of achieving targets
- Confident consultative selling approach with the ability to adapt to different customer needs and manage the full sales cycle
- Experience delivering product demonstrations, providing home economist experiences that engage and inspire customers
- Passion for food, cooking, and premium home appliances, with the ability to create memorable and personalised experiences
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills, with confidence engaging high-end clientele across multiple touchpoints
