Job Summary
Conduct client consultations to recommend personalized treatment plans and educate clients on services, packages, and promotions. Convert inquiries into booked appointments and completed treatments while building relationships to encourage retention and repeat business. Meet individual sales goals and KPIs by collaborating with providers to ensure seamless client experiences. Stay current on services, products, and industry trends to support marketing initiatives including social media and in-house promotions. Work Monday through Friday from 10:00 AM to 6:00 PM, with Saturday hours from 9:00 AM to 4:00 PM, earning $15/hour plus performance-based incentives and bonuses.
