Job Summary
Conduct sales consultations for premium mattress and bedding products using the bedMATCH diagnostic sleep system to deliver personalized recommendations based on 18 measurements. Engage with customers to understand their needs while maintaining a relaxed, low-pressure shopping experience that focuses on improving sleep quality. Assist with showroom floor resets, load mattresses onto vehicles, and utilize mobile POS technology to process transactions. Work a flexible retail schedule including evenings, most holidays, and all weekends, typically 40 to 55 hours per week across 4–5 days.
