Job Summary
Conduct daily retail sales by utilizing the bedMATCH diagnostic sleep system to guide customers through personalized mattress recommendations based on 18 measurements. Provide a relaxed, low-pressure shopping experience while confidently selling premium bedding products and utilizing mobile POS technology. Assist customers with loading purchases and maintain showroom readiness by resetting the floor. Work a flexible retail schedule including evenings, most holidays, and all weekends, with availability for 40 to 55 hours per week.
