Job Summary
Remote Sales Consultant role (Mandarin-speaking) to manage and nurture leads for gym services/memberships across locations. Responsibilities include lead management via CRM, inbound/outbound calls, lead nurturing, appointment setting, converting leads to consultations/gym tours, and achieving KPI targets. Requires at least 2 years in a sales/appointment-setting role, experience in the fitness industry, and Mandarin language proficiency. Fully remote with a base in Valenzuela, Metro Manila, Philippines.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years’ experience in an Appointment Setter, Sales Consultant, or similar role
- Previous experience in a sales role within the Fitness industry
- Mandarin Speaking - essential
