Job Summary
Respond to sales inquiries via phone, email, or in person and build proposals and quotes reflecting customer needs. Capture client data and sales order information using company tools while attending ongoing training to stay current on products. Cultivate relationships for return and referral opportunities and work as a team player to support a cohesive environment. Achieve monthly development and sales goals while cooperating in store activities, including opening, closing, and after-hours events. Participate in regular shifts covering operational hours, weekends, and holidays. Submit a resume and cover letter outlining relevant experience and interest.
Required Qualifications
- At least two years working in a goal-oriented sales environment
- One year of customer service or customer-facing environments
- Proficiency in MS Office
- Good organizational skills
- Ability to communicate clearly verbally and in writing and demonstrate active listening skills
- Minimum High school diploma or GED
- Availability to work 5 weekly shifts totaling 40 hours per week
- Shifts are typically, 9:30am – 6:00pm
- Required to wear business professional attire
