Job Summary
Greet customers, ascertain their needs, and demonstrate new and used vehicles including test drives. Describe merchandise features, operation, and care while delivering vehicles to ensure customers understand warranty and paperwork. Establish personal income goals consistent with dealership standards and devise strategies to meet them. Maintain a prospect development system and owner follow-up system to encourage repeat and referral business. Keep abreast of new products, accessories, and technological changes in the automobile business.
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma or the equivalent
- Valid Drivers' License with good driving record
- Class D - Regular (Auto, Light Truck, Moped) Drivers License
- WI DOT Sales License upon being hired
- Ability to sell minimum quota according to dealership standards
- Full-Time, 40 to 45 hours per week
- First Shift
- M-F 9:00 am - 5:00pm (with one day off during the week)
- Sat 9:00 am - 3:00 pm
