Job Summary
Conduct one-on-one consultations, educate patients on laser and injectable services, and present customized treatment plans with financing options. Partner with clinicians and your Location Director to deliver a seamless premium experience from arrival through checkout. Manage a patient book and revenue target using LaserAway's custom CRM to drive long-term loyalty and business outcomes. Weekends and evenings are required for consistent scheduling. Full-time position with uncapped commission on every treatment plan sold.
Required Qualifications
- 2+ years in luxury, med spa, or high-ticket consultative sales
- Comfortable in a commission-first structure
- Polished, confident, and genuinely patient-centered in every interaction
- Weekend availability required
- Motivated by results
