Job Summary
Conduct one-on-one consultations, educate patients on laser, body contouring, and injectable services, and present customized treatment plans with financing options. Partner with clinicians and your Location Director to deliver a seamless, premium patient experience from arrival through checkout, utilizing LaserAway's custom CRM for lead access and patient history. Own your patient book and revenue target by building long-term loyalty and driving business outcomes across hundreds of clinics nationwide. Weekend availability is required for this full-time role, with consistent scheduling throughout evenings and weekends.
Required Qualifications
- 2+ years in luxury, med spa, or high-ticket consultative sales
- Comfortable in a commission-first structure
- Polished, confident, and genuinely patient-centered in every interaction
