Manage your own patient book and revenue targets using LaserAway's custom CRM to access marketing-generated leads and instant patient history. This full-time role requires weekends and evenings, with consistent scheduling. You'll earn an $18/hr base plus uncapped commission, with average first-year earnings ranging from $70,000 to $95,000. Full training is provided, and no medical background is required.
Required Qualifications
- 2+ years in luxury, med spa, or high-ticket consultative sales
- Comfortable in a commission-first structure
- Polished, confident, and genuinely patient-centered in every interaction
- Weekend availability required
