Present financing options and partner with clinicians to deliver a seamless premium experience from arrival through checkout. Manage a patient book and revenue target using LaserAway's custom CRM to build long-term loyalty and drive business outcomes. Requires weekend and evening availability with consistent full-time scheduling. Full training provided; base pay is $18.00/hr with uncapped commission leading to average annual earnings of $70,000–$95,000.
Required Qualifications
- 2+ years in luxury, med spa, or high-ticket consultative sales
- Comfortable in a commission-first structure
- Polished, confident, and genuinely patient-centered in every interaction
- Weekend availability required
- Motivated by results
