Job Summary
Conduct one-on-one consultations, educate patients on laser, body contouring, and injectable services, and present customized treatment plans with financing options. Partner with clinicians and your Location Director to deliver a seamless, premium patient experience from arrival through checkout. Utilize LaserAway's custom CRM to access marketing-generated leads and instant patient history before every interaction. Weekend and evening availability is required for this full-time role. Compensation includes a $20/hour base plus uncapped commission, with average first-year earnings ranging from $70,000 to $95,000. Full training is provided with no medical background required.
Required Qualifications
- 2+ years in luxury, med spa, or high-ticket consultative sales
- Comfortable in a commission-first structure
- Polished, confident, and genuinely patient-centered in every interaction
