Job Summary
Sales Consultant / Patient Care Coordinator role in LaserAway’s luxury aesthetic setting. Lead one-on-one in-person consultations, educate clients on laser, body contouring, and injectables, drive revenue through high-value treatment plan sales, manage front-desk duties, and collaborate with clinicians and Location Director to ensure a premium patient experience. Requires 2+ years in luxury/med spa or related sales, ability to meet/exceed sales goals, comfort with weekend/evening hours, and a professional, polished presence. Compensation includes $20/hour base with uncapped commissions and bonuses, comprehensive benefits, paid training, and clear paths for advancement to Lead PCC and Location Director. Knowledge of financing options, patient education, and strong relationship-building skills are essential.
Required Qualifications
- 2+ years of experience in luxury, med spa, fitness, or lifestyle sales
- proven success with high-ticket consultative sales and relationship building
- comfortable with weekend and evening availability
- confident, polished, and professional in patient-facing environments
- passionate about aesthetics, beauty, and delivering a premium experience
