Job Summary
Guide high-end clients through premium sales experiences by curating luxury looks and creating inspired spaces with world-class furniture and décor. Execute the La-Z-Boy selling process, including needs discovery, customized portfolio presentations, and closing, while consistently executing design program sales goals. Schedule professional home consultations to present customized room designs and support design-related functions in the store. Maintain strong product knowledge, manage store operations, and ensure positive customer experiences through responsive service and complaint resolution.
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- Ability to lift and/or carry up to 50 pounds
- Ability to stand for long periods of time
- Ability to pass background and drug screen
- Ability to work the schedule and hours dictated by business needs
- Ability to work evenings, weekends and holidays as required
- Proficient in the use of Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel, Outlook and PowerPoint
Desired Qualifications
- Previous selling experience and ability to close a sale
- Bachelor's degree in Business or a related field
