Drive store sales by selling furniture, accessories, and services while consistently executing the La-Z-Boy selling process to create long-term customer relationships. Design customized room presentations through professional home consultations, including sample fabrics and accessory recommendations, to achieve established design program goals. Maintain strong product knowledge, manage customer inquiries via phone and email, and handle complaints by offering appropriate solutions. Support store operations by maintaining showroom displays, completing daily system logs, and scheduling deliveries. Train new peers on product knowledge and sales skills to achieve store objectives.
