Job Summary
Guide high-end clients through premium sales experiences by curating luxury looks and creating inspired spaces with world-class furniture and décor. Execute the La-Z-Boy selling process, including needs discovery, customized portfolio presentations, and closing, while consistently executing design program goals and scheduling professional home consultations. Maintain strong product knowledge, manage store promotions and marketing initiatives, and ensure excellent customer service by handling inquiries, resolving complaints, and following up via the Podium system. Support design functions, maintain showroom displays, and accurately complete daily operational logs and order information.
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- Ability to lift and/or carry up to 50 pounds
- Ability to stand for long periods of time
- Ability to pass background and drug screen
- Ability to work the schedule and hours dictated by business needs
- Ability to work evenings, weekends and holidays as required
- Proficient in the use of Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel, Outlook and PowerPoint
Desired Qualifications
- Previous selling experience and ability to close a sale
- Bachelor's degree in Business or a related field
