Job Summary
Guide high-end clients through a premium sales experience by curating luxury looks with world-class furniture and décor. Execute the La-Z-Boy selling process to drive store sales goals, including needs discovery, customized portfolio presentations, and closing written sales. Design professional home consultations to present room designs, sample fabrics, and installation services while maintaining strong product knowledge. Provide exceptional customer service by handling inquiries, resolving complaints, and scheduling deliveries, all while supporting the Design program and championing store culture. Maintain showroom displays, manage daily system logs, and complete order information accurately.
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- Ability to lift and/or carry up to 50 pounds
- Ability to stand for long periods of time
- Ability to pass background and drug screen
- Ability to work the schedule and hours dictated by business needs
- Ability to work evenings, weekends and holidays as required
- Proficient in the use of Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel, Outlook and PowerPoint
Desired Qualifications
- Previous selling experience and ability to close a sale
- Bachelor's degree in Business or a related field
