Job Summary
Sell luxury, premium furniture to high-end clients on the showroom floor, guiding customers through the Design program and delivering a premium sales experience. Leverage a strong eye for modern aesthetics to curate luxury looks, build client relationships, and close sales to earn an uncapped commission with base pay. Participate in ongoing luxury sales training, promote product knowledge of world-class furniture, and utilize the Design program to schedule professional home consultations and drive design-center sales. The role emphasizes customer service excellence, visual showroom maintenance, timely order processing, and effective use of the company selling process to achieve store sales goals. The position involves standing for long periods, ability to lift up to 50 pounds, and flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required.
