Job Summary
Guide high-end clients through premium sales experiences by selling luxury furniture, accessories, and services to meet store goals. Curate inspired spaces using world-class décor while completing all sales paperwork, collecting deposits, and maintaining accurate customer records. Perform house calls to customer homes and drive sales consistent with company standards. Assist in training new peers on product knowledge and selling processes. Requires reliable transportation, ability to bend and lift, and strong interpersonal skills to build rapport.
Required Qualifications
- High School diploma or GED
- Strong interpersonal skills to effectively communicate, build rapport, and positively influence
- Vocational or technical training in field of study
- Reliable transportation to drive to customer homes
- Must be able to bend, lift, and stand for long periods of time
- Must be able to meet the qualifications noted in the company's Driver Management Program
Desired Qualifications
- Previous selling experience and ability to close a sale
- Organizational and problem-solving skills
- Understanding and ability to work with computer technology
