Sales Consultant

Create customers for life by executing the selling process and leveraging product knowledge to guide customers through furniture selections, driving team selling, completing Comfort Guides, CRM data entry, and sustaining high performance through training. Responsibilities include assisting customers with fabric/leather/room sketches, coordinating design concepts, handling objections, scheduling deliveries, entering prospect information into CRM/Trackwell, and maintaining store appearance while meeting daily/monthly goals. Requires strong sales and design experience, excellent customer service, flexibility to work evenings/weekends/holidays, and the ability to learn product catalogs and policies. Minimum requirements include a High School Diploma or equivalent preferred and at least 1 year of relevant work experience preferred. Starting pay is $18.00/hour with 40-hour weekly schedule.
