Job Summary
Sell luxury furniture to high-end clients by guiding them through a premium sales experience. Leverage knowledge of La-Z-Boy products and the Design program to create inspired spaces, present customized room designs, and demonstrate the value of professional installation. Build long-term customer relationships, maximize store promotions and sales opportunities, and continually develop product knowledge, selling skills, and the ability to close sales with a focus on premium materials and design trends. Earn uncapped commissions and participate in ongoing training in luxury sales, interior trends, and design consultation. Strong emphasis on customer service, objection handling, follow-up, and delivering a WOW-factor experience to clients.
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- Previous selling experience and ability to close a sale
- Excellent communication, customer service skills, and organizational skills
